RANDLES STATION .COM respects and protects the privacy of our users.
Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Information:
The only use we make of personal information (usually e-mail addresses) is to respond one time to a question or request for information from a child. We do not otherwise make use of personal information, nor do we provide it to third parties.
Your use and browsing of the Site is at your risk. If you are dissatisfied with any of the materials contained in the Site, with the quality of service or content, or with these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using this Site.
Parental Consent:
If I decide to collect personal information for other reasons, I'll notify parents that it is being requested, disclose the reasons for collecting it, and disclose our intended use for it I will seek parental consent before collecting any personally identifiable information. Parents may then request information on the type of data being collected, view their child's information, and, if they choose, prohibit us from making further use of their child's information. We will not provide personal information to third parties.
Messages:
Kids who send messages via our contact form or email do so directly on web pages housed on RANDLESSTATION.COM servers. It is our policy to collect only information (such as name, age, state, and country) that is necessary to participate in these and other activities. A user's message cannot be traced back to him or her because no personal information is given unless the child discloses the information in a message.
Though I will protect the privacy of children who visit my site, it is the parent's responsibility to monitor their child's online activity. I will provide absolutely no information to third parties.
Featured Person/Stories:
If a child submits a photo or poem/story for use on the site, their name and other personal information will not be disclosed on RANDLESSTATION.COM without parental consent.
U.S. Federal Law prohibits me from requiring kids to give any more personal information than is necessary to participate in a given activity.
Links to other sites:
When children click on links from RANDLESSTATION.COM to other sites, I may open the other sites in a new browser window.
I will always endeavor to link to sites that are appropriate for kids. Unlike RANDLES STATION, however, these outside sites may collect personal information.
